The Academy of Culinary Arts students were given a terrific behind-the-scenes tour of the Ponte Vedra Lodge and Club.  The tour showcased the different careers and operations of the Club.  The students also were given applied learning opportunities and honed in on their table setting and buffet setup skills.  The day was topped off with a delicious buffet lunch overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  The Lodge and Club truly showed the students the meaning of genuine hospitality.
